Delete Your Account
You can delete your DoLearnA account or request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
Delete in the app
Open DoLearnA, go to your account or settings area, choose the account deletion option, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@dolearna.de from the address associated with your account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject and include enough information for us to identify your account.
What happens next
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, the account and eligible associated information will be deleted within the period required by applicable law.
Information we may retain
Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
